"eQv" compiled six collaborative tracks and remixes composed between 1997 and 2002, and was originally released as a web download on CommTom. The title derives from the EQV Operator used to perform a logical equivalence on two expressions.

Liner notes include: "The Codex Dresdensis divination-UFO interest continued in the linkage at that time within the collaborations between 69Valentine, E23 and devslashnull, the latter forming OVNI (Spanish for "UFO") whose "Extraterresticle Probe" of a 69V track appeared on their first compilation, 'The OVNI Sessions' ."
